    Refund Policy

At Upstage Beauty Events, we recognize that plans can change. We aim to provide a fair cancellation and refund policy that reflects the time and effort invested in planning your event. Please review our policy below.

Clients may cancel the Agreement by providing written notice to Upstage Beauty Events via mail or email. Please note that all cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable retainer deposit.

If the event is canceled by the Client (except in cases of force majeure or due to Upstage Beauty Events' material breach of this Agreement), this decision is considered a breach of the contracted obligations. The Client agrees to pay liquidated damages (not as a penalty) within thirty (30) days of the written cancellation notice, according to the following schedule:

    • 6 Weeks Prior: Cancellations made 6 weeks prior to the event date will result in the forfeiture of the retainer deposit only.
    • Between 6 and 4 Weeks Prior: Cancellations made between 6 and 4 weeks before the event date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total event cost.
    • Less Than 4 Weeks Prior: Cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to the event date will result in the forfeiture of the full event cost.

    Planner Cancellation:

In the event that Upstage Beauty Events cannot fulfill the contract due to illness, tragedy, "Acts of God," or "Force Majeure," we will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide a replacement with similar capabilities and experience to complete the tasks. Should Upstage Beauty Events elect to terminate this Agreement, half of the Retainer Deposit will be refunded to the Client within thirty (30) days of notice of termination.

    Service Downgrading:

Once this Agreement has been signed by both parties, downgrading services will not be honored.

    Refund Terms:

Refunds will be issued in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the receipt of the cancellation request, unless otherwise specified (e.g., within thirty (30) days for planner-initiated termination). Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used for the purchase. [please see cancellation policy in detail below]

If you have any questions or need further assistance with your cancellation or refund, please contact our customer service team.

By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation and refund policy. Thank you for choosing Upstage Beauty Events. We appreciate your business and are committed to providing exceptional service.
