Upstage Beauty Events
Featured Vendor Advertising Agreement
This Featured Vendor Advertising Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Upstage Beauty Events ("Company") and the advertising business ("Vendor").
1. Purpose
The Vendor is purchasing advertising space on the Upstage Beauty Events website to promote its event-related products or services.
2. Eligibility
Only businesses that provide event-related products or services are eligible for inclusion. Upstage Beauty Events reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.
3. Advertising Term
Advertising begins after payment has been received and all required listing materials have been submitted. Unless otherwise specified, each listing remains active for twelve (12) months for annual plans, or on a month-to-month basis for monthly plans.
4. Fees
All advertising fees must be paid in full before the listing is published.
5. No Refund Policy
All advertising fees are final and non-refundable. Because advertising space is reserved and digital marketing services begin once a listing is purchased, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, early termination, inactivity, or failure to provide listing materials.
6. Vendor Responsibilities
The Vendor agrees to provide accurate and current information, including business details, contact information, images, and any required licenses or insurance where applicable. The Vendor is responsible for keeping its listing information current.
7. Content Standards
Upstage Beauty Events reserves the right to edit listings for grammar, formatting, and consistency. Listings containing misleading, offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content may be rejected or removed without refund.
8. No Guarantee
Upstage Beauty Events does not guarantee any specific number of leads, inquiries, bookings, website traffic, sales, or financial results from participation in the directory.
9. Independent Businesses
Each Vendor operates independently. Upstage Beauty Events does not supervise, manage, endorse, or guarantee the quality of any Vendor's products or services.
10. Removal
Upstage Beauty Events may remove a listing if the Vendor violates this Agreement, engages in fraudulent or unethical business practices, receives credible complaints of misconduct, or fails to comply with applicable laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
Upstage Beauty Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Vendor Directory.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
13. Acceptance
By submitting payment and completing the Vendor Application, the Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement and the Upstage Beauty Events No Refund Policy.
